Noren Sites ("Noren Sites", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you fill in a form on this site we collect what you type in, such as your name, business name, trade, phone number, email and message. We also record the date and time, the page you were on, your IP address and browser type, which help us stop spam.
Why we collect it
- To reply to you and give you what you asked for (for example, a website preview).
- To keep a record of requests and of any consent you give us.
- To protect the site from spam and abuse.
If you tick the box to hear from us, we may text or email you about our services. Every message says who it is from and how to opt out. Reply STOP or contact us and we will stop.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We use trusted service providers to run this site and send messages: website hosting, a database, text messaging and email delivery, and a spam check. Some of these providers store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local law.
Website statistics
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics to see which pages are useful. It doesn't use cookies, and it doesn't identify you or follow you to other sites.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for up to 2 years, then delete them, unless you become a client. Website previews we build for you are deleted within 30 days if you decide not to go ahead.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by contacting us at hello@norensites.com or (416) 704-5438.
